Observation

During licensing complaint inspection, licensor determined through staff interviews and observing a video recorded by teacher Haley Kooi on her phone, of Ms. Kooi pushing a toddler causing him to fall and bump his head on the wall behind him after he had bit her on the knee. Ms. Kooi was dismissed from her job following incident.
